La filial Revico \u00c9nergies Vertes se crea en 2008. La <strong>cogeneraci\u00f3n<\/strong> es la <strong>producci\u00f3n<\/strong> a partir de una fuente de energ\u00eda primaria de dos energ\u00edas secundarias: el <strong>calor<\/strong> y la <strong>electricidad<\/strong>. Se utilizan hasta <strong>4000\u00a0kW<\/strong> de energ\u00eda primaria procedente del biog\u00e1s producido por REVICO en la plataforma de cogeneraci\u00f3n de REVICO Energies Vertes. Una vez que se ha secado y se han eliminado sus principales contaminantes, el <strong>biog\u00e1s<\/strong> se convierte en <strong>electricidad<\/strong> y en <strong>calor<\/strong> en los dos motores t\u00e9rmicos de la plataforma.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Al crearse, en 2008, la potencia de las herramientas de cogeneraci\u00f3n instaladas ascend\u00eda a  800\u00a0kWe.<br \/>\nGradualmente la potencia instalada se duplic\u00f3 (de 800\u00a0kWe a 1670\u00a0kWe) ya que la producci\u00f3n de vinazas y, por consiguiente, la cantidad de biog\u00e1s, aumentaron.<br \/>\nEn 2021, REVICO \u00c9nergies Vertes sustituy\u00f3 las \u00faltimas cinco turbinas por un motor de 1\u00a0MWe.<br \/>\nEn 2022, REVICO Energies Vertes produjo unos 11\u00a0GW.h de electridad, lo que equivale al consumo de unos 2500 elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>La energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica<\/strong> contenida en los gases de combusti\u00f3n del biog\u00e1s se transfiere a una red de agua caliente por medio de un intercambiador gas\/agua.<br \/>\n<strong>El agua caliente<\/strong> generada se utiliza en ciertos equipamientos de REVICO y se destina as\u00edmismo para calentar<strong> los invernaderos
